  • kefir 2.5% fat – 400 ml
  • eggs – 2 pcs
  • flour – 400-500 g (as much as it takes when kneading so that it comes off your hands and is loose)
  • salt – 1 tsp
  • sugar – 1 tsp
  • baking powder – 1 tsp (can be replaced with half a teaspoon of soda slaked with vinegar)

  • smoked sausage
  • tomato
  • canned corn
  • pickled cucumbers
  • cheese that melts well – 400 g

  • black olives
  • fresh mushrooms

1. Pour kefir into a bowl, add 2 eggs, and mix.

2. Add salt and sugar, sift in the flour in parts, adding baking powder. Knead the dough.

3. Divide into parts and roll out to the size of your mold, not too thin.

4. I prepare the filling in advance, chop everything, and grate the cheese.

5. Lubricate the future crust with any tomato sauce and spread the filling in layers, sprinkling with cheese, and spices.

6. Put the filling: tomato, sausage, tomato, salt, a layer of cheese, cucumbers, mushrooms, corn, basil and Italian herbs, and cheese.

7. Bake at 190 degrees for 25-35 minutes.
