How to make langos, popular fried bread with milk and garlic sauce
Today bread has become the most popular type of bakery product. Unlike classic one, this type is much easier and faster to prepare. For example, Hungarian langos is gaining popularity. It is made with potato yeast dough, fried in oil, and served with garlic sauce and cheese.

Ingredients:
- potatoes - 650 g
- salt - 1 tsp
- sugar - 1 tsp
- eggs - 1 pc
- milk - 200 ml
- yeast - 50 g
- flour - 450 g
Additionally:
- flour - 70 g
- oil for frying
Sauce:
- sour cream - 100 ml
- garlic - 4 cloves
- salt, pepper
- dill
Method of preparation:
1. Boil the potatoes. Cool and grate them.
2. Combine the potatoes with egg, salt and pepper.
3. Dissolve the yeast in warm milk and pour it over the potato mixture.
4. Add flour and knead the dough. Put in a bag and leave in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
5. Form the dough into small circles, making a depression in the middle.
6. Fry them in a large amount of oil. Then put them on a paper towel.
7. For the sauce, mix all the ingredients until smooth.
8. Pour the sauce over the bread. Sprinkle with hard cheese if desired.
