How to cook kebabs in a pan
Sunny weather is gradually being replaced by snow, frost and cold. And you immediately want fresh autumn air, sunshine and, of course, barbecue. And even if you can't grill it outdoors right now, you can use a simple alternative and make this dish right in the frying pan.

Ingredients:
- pork neck - 700 g
- onion - 400 g
- butter - 100 g
- potatoes - 1 kg
- ground black pepper
- ground coriander
- garlic - 2 cloves
- parsley
Method of preparation:
1. Fry medium pieces of pork neck in a fry pan until golden brown.
2. Remove.
3. Put coarsely chopped onion.
4. Fry for 3 minutes.
3. Add it to the meat.
4. Add butter to the frying pan.
5. Fry the diced potatoes.
6. Put it to the onion and meat, season with salt and pepper, add ground coriander, chopped garlic and parsley, and mix.
