How to make cottage cheese muffins: an alternative to casseroles and cheesecakes

They are simple and quick to prepare. They are airy, tender, and melt in your mouth. They can replace a full-fledged dessert and become a delicious breakfast option.

Ingredients:
- cottage cheese or curd mass - 200 g
- milk - 45 ml
- corn starch - 1 tbsp. l. with a slide
- egg - 1 pc
- sugar (not used in the recipe)
Method of preparation:
1. Put all the necessary ingredients in a blender and beat until smooth. Add raisins if desired.
2. Put the resulting mass into molds.
3. Bake at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
