1. Apple juice without sugar
Ingredients:
- apples - 1.5 kg
Method of preparation:
- Wash the apples, cut them into medium-sized pieces and put them into a juicer.
- Be sure to strain the juice through cheesecloth so that the pulp does not get into the juice.
- Pour it into a saucepan and cook until it comes to a boil, and then for another 10 minutes. Be sure to skim off the foam.
- Pour the finished juice hot into sterile jars, close with lids quickly, turn them upside down, cover with a warm cloth and let them cool completely.
- Afterwards, transfer to a dark, cool place.
2. Apple juice with pulp and sugar
Ingredients:
- apples - 5-6 kg
- sugar - 600 g
Method of preparation:
- Wash the apples. You can leave the center.
- Put them in a juicer.
- Pour the resulting juice along with the pulp into a saucepan, add sugar, stir and cook until it comes to a boil, and then simmer over low heat for another 10 minutes. Be sure to skim off the foam to prevent it from becoming bitter.
- Pour the hot juice into sterile jars and close with lids. Be sure to turn them upside down, cover with a warm towel or blanket and let them cool completely.
- After that, move them to a cool, dark place.
