1. Apple juice without sugar

Ingredients:

  • apples - 1.5 kg

Method of preparation:

  1. Wash the apples, cut them into medium-sized pieces and put them into a juicer.
  2. Be sure to strain the juice through cheesecloth so that the pulp does not get into the juice.
  3. Pour it into a saucepan and cook until it comes to a boil, and then for another 10 minutes. Be sure to skim off the foam.
  4. Pour the finished juice hot into sterile jars, close with lids quickly, turn them upside down, cover with a warm cloth and let them cool completely.
  5. Afterwards, transfer to a dark, cool place.

2. Apple juice with pulp and sugar

Ingredients:

  • apples - 5-6 kg
  • sugar - 600 g

Method of preparation:

  1. Wash the apples. You can leave the center.
  2. Put them in a juicer.
  3. Pour the resulting juice along with the pulp into a saucepan, add sugar, stir and cook until it comes to a boil, and then simmer over low heat for another 10 minutes. Be sure to skim off the foam to prevent it from becoming bitter.
  4. Pour the hot juice into sterile jars and close with lids. Be sure to turn them upside down, cover with a warm towel or blanket and let them cool completely.
  5. After that, move them to a cool, dark place.
