How to make a low-calorie Snickers bar: no need to bake

The ingredients of the homemade Snickers bar are all natural, with no preservatives or sugar. This dessert takes only 15 minutes to prepare and does not require baking. It will be a very tasty and healthy snack if you need to eat quickly and have little time.

Food blogger Yulia Fedorenko (fedorenko_pp) shared a recipe for a low-calorie Snickers bar on her Instagram page.

Ingredients:

  • skimmed milk powder - 100 g
  • peanuts - 200 g
  • honey - 70 g
  • water - 40 g
  • dark chocolate - 100 g

Method of preparation:

1. Lightly fry the milk powder in a frying pan until it turns brown.

2. Whisk the fried milk in a blender.

3. Also whip the peanuts in a blender.

4. Mix milk powder, chopped peanuts, honey, water. If desired, you can add whole nuts. Form bars from the resulting mass. Leave them in the freezer for 15 minutes.

5. Meanwhile, melt the chocolate.

6. Pour the melted chocolate completely over the bars. Leave until completely hardened.
