How to make a delicious meatless soup for lunch: seasonal vegetables are needed
If you make a soup with healthy ingredients, it will be a very good lunch option. You don't even need meat because you can use a variety of fresh vegetables. Also, add a delicate cream cheese.
The idea of making a hearty soup with cream cheese for lunch was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Karina Bobivnyk (karina bobivnyk). You can buy the vegetable dressing at any store or make it yourself.
Ingredients:
- potatoes - 4 pcs.
- tomato - 1 pc. or 15 pcs. cherry
- zucchini - 1 pc.
- cauliflower - 1/2 pc.
- vegetable dressing - 180 g
- cream cheese - 180 g
- greens - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Put the potatoes in a saucepan and boil.
2. Dice the zucchini and tomato.
3. Fry until tender.
4. Add the cauliflower and bay leaves to the almost cooked potatoes.
5. Cook for another 10 minutes.
6. Then add stewed vegetables, ready-made dressing, cream cheese and herbs.
7. Cook for 5 minutes.
8. Add salt if necessary.
