- During this period, store the fish in the refrigerator.
- Then remove it from the package and squeeze out the excess liquid.
- Cut into medium slices.
- Marinate in soy sauce and olive oil for 20 minutes.

Ingredients:
- hake fillet - 6 pcs.
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- flour - 2 tbsp. from durum wheat (or corn),
- flax fiber - 1 tbsp.
- salt and spices - to taste
Method of preparation:
- Roll the fillet in a mixture of fiber and flour.
- Then in a beaten egg.
- Fry in a non-stick frying pan under a lid.

Ingredients:
- salmon steak
- cream - 200 g
- garlic - 2 cloves
- butter - 50 g
- cherry tomatoes - 400 g
- lettuce leaves - 100 g
Method of preparation:
- Fry the chopped garlic in butter.
- Add the fish, salt and pepper.
- Fry on both sides.
- Put the cooked steaks on a plate.
- Put tomatoes and lettuce in the pan where the fish was cooked, pour cream, and add spices.
- Put the fish and simmer under the lid for 5-7 minutes.
- Pour lemon juice over the finished dish.
- Serve with boiled potatoes.
