How to decorate ordinary cutlets in an original way: ideas from Tetiana Lytvynova

Cutlets are a very satisfying and tasty dish, the classic version of which is based on meat or fish, onions, garlic, bread, and spices. They are prepared in different ways, fried in a pan, baked in the oven, and served on both weekdays and holidays.

Cook Tetiana Lytvynova shared a recipe for delicious steamed fish cutlets  on her YouTube channel, but most importantly, she showed how to decorate them beautifully before serving.

Tips from the cook:

1. Form the cutlets and place them on a board.

2. Place the forks on top of the cutlets.

3. Take a sieve.

4. Spices: turmeric and sweet ground paprika.

5. Sift the spices on the cutlets through a sieve.

6. Put away the forks, place the cutlets on a baking sheet, and put in the oven.

7. Put the finished cutlets on a suitable dish, sprinkle with herbs to your taste.
