Semolina cake is an extremely tasty and easy dessert that never gets boring. Most of all, it is loved for the fact that it is made with available ingredients that are always in the kitchen. And the most interesting thing is that even without a gram of flour, the semolina cake is quite fluffy, soft, and moderately moist thanks to the kefir.

Ingredients:

  • semolina - 200 g
  • kefir - 200 ml
  • sugar - 150 g
  • butter - 100 g
  • eggs - 2 pcs
  • vanilla - 1 g
  • baking powder - 10 g

Method of preparation:

1. Pour kefir over semolina and leave for 30 minutes.

2. Combine sugar, melted butter and eggs in a separate bowl. Beat with a blender or whisk until smooth.

3. Add baking powder and vanilla to the mixture. Mix well.

4. Combine the resulting mass with semolina. Beat again until smooth.

5. Pour into the mold. Bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
