How to cook stuffed syrnyky: an unusual recipe

Syrnyky are a real breakfast dish because, firstly, they are hearty and healthy, and secondly, they can be prepared very quickly. Besides, you don't have to make them sweet, you can just use different fillings.

Culinary expert Yevhen Klopotenko shared his specal recipe for stuffed syrnyky with condensed milk, which will definitely become your favorite, on his YouTube channel. (to watch the video, scroll to the end).

Ingredients:

  • cottage cheese - 330 g
  • flour - 90 g
  • salt - 1 pinch
  • sugar - 1 tbsp
  • eggs - 1 pc
  • condensed milk - 6 tsp
  • sunflower oil for frying - 1-2 tbsp

Method of preparation:

  1. Put the cottage cheese in a bowl, add the egg, sugar, salt, and flour and mix well.
  2. Roll the dough with your hands and cut it into 5-6 equal pieces. Make a ball out of each, add the condensed milk inside, pinch the edges well and roll the syrnyky in flour.
  3. Heat a frying pan well, add vegetable oil, and fry until cooked.

You can eat the finished syrnyky with sour cream and your favorite berries.
