Ingredients:

potatoes - 800 g

smoked chicken breast - 200 g

garlic - 2 cloves

vegetable broth - 1 liter

light beer - 0.5

vegetable oil - 1 tbsp

salt, pepper - to taste

green onions - a bunch

Method of preparation:

1. Cut the chicken breast into small cubes.

2. Cut the peeled potatoes into small cubes.

3. Fry the chicken in a saucepan over medium heat.

4. Add potatoes, broth and beer.

5. Season lightly with salt and pepper and cook under a lid over low heat for 15 minutes after boiling.

6. Chop the onion. Add to the soup before serving.

  2. Boil water with chicken slowly. Do not allow active boiling.
