Ingredients for 2 servings:
- bread - 4 pieces
- balyk - 4 pieces
- hard cheese - 4 pieces
- fried eggs - 2 pcs
- raw eggs - 3-4 pcs
- butter, mustard
How to cook scrambled eggs for breakfast in a new way

Method of preparation:
1. Pre-fry two eggs.
2. Grease each piece of bread with butter and mustard.
3. Put a piece of balyk and cheese on top. Cover with another piece of bread to form a so-called sandwich.

4. Dip the sandwiches in beaten eggs completely. Leave like this for 1-2 minutes.
5. Fry the sandwiches on both sides.
6. Top the finished sandwiches with 1 fried egg.
