Ingredients:
- spaghetti - 0.5 p
- minced meat - 500 g
- onion - 1 pc
- garlic - a few cloves
- tomato paste/ketchup
Pasta for dinner in 15 minutes
- sour cream - 2 tbsp
- bay leaves - 2 pcs
- water - 0.5 glass
- favorite spices (in this recipe it is basil and Italian herbs)
- salt, pepper
Method of preparation:
1. Fry minced meat.
2. Add chopped onion, garlic, spices, salt, pepper, ketchup, and sour cream. Simmer under the lid for a few minutes.

4. Add spaghetti. Pour a little water and add bay leaves. Stir to combine. Cover with a lid or foil.
