How to cook meat in a pumpkin: an idea for a delicious seasonal dish
Pumpkin, which is in full season, has a very dense texture, so it can even be used instead of dishes. Namely, you can bake meat in it. This dish is extremely tender, soft, and juicy. If you add potatoes, you get a full dinner.

Ingredients:
- pumpkin (you can use small portions, or a large one)
- meat (350 grams for 2 small pumpkins)
- onion - 1 pc
- garlic - 3 cloves
- bay leaves
- rosemary
- salt
- peppercorns
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the meat.
2. Grate onion and garlic or chop in a food processor.
3. You can also finely chop the onion and garlic.
4. Cut off the pumpkin cap (choose so that the bottom is flatter) - it will be a lid. Take out all the seeds and cut the pumpkin a little to make room for the meat.
5. Mix the meat with onion and garlic, salt, pepper and a little vegetable oil. Mix everything and put it in the pumpkins.
6. Put a little rosemary and pepper on top.
7. Put in the oven at 175 degrees for about 1 hour. The larger the pumpkin, the longer it will take to cook.
8. You can also put potatoes along with the meat - it will be a side dish.
