Chicken fillets are often dry and tough. To make it juicy, chefs advise adding cheese, spinach, and tomatoes during cooking.

The cook shared a recipe on Instagram for a delicious and juicy fillet with spinach, cheese, and tomatoes.

Ingredients:

  • fillet – 2 pcs
  • tomato – 1 pc
  • mozzarella – 1 pc
  • spinach – a few leaves
  • salt, pepper

Method of preparation:

1. Cut the fillet, and make a "pocket". Season with salt and pepper.

2. Put tomato, cheese, and spinach in the "pocket" alternately. Close the "pocket" and secure the open side with toothpicks.

3. Fry the fillets on both sides in a frying pan for 3 minutes. And put it in the oven for 15 minutes at 180 C.
