Fish is a very necessary product that should be in everyone's diet. Experts recommend eating any fish 2-3 times a week. You can cook fish in different ways: fry, bake, salt, marinate.

Nutritionist Svitlana shared on Instagram a recipe for delicious hake with vegetable sauce, which is very tasty and dietary.

How to cook fish without odor: to do this, any fish should not be fried, but cooked in an oven or double boiler.

Ingredients:

  • Hake - 1 kg
  • Flour - 40 g
  • Onion - 2 pcs.
  • Bell pepper - 2 pcs.
  • Tomatoes - 400 g
  • Oil - 40 g

Method of preparation:

1. Clean, remove the fins, cut the fish into pieces. Roll the pieces in flour.

2. Put in a baking dish.

3. Cut the pepper into thin slices and the onion into cubes. Instead of fresh tomatoes, you can use canned tomatoes.

4. Stew the onion until transparent, add pepper. When it softens, add tomatoes, salt and pepper.

5. Transfer the roast to a blender and blend until smooth.

6. Put the prepared sauce on top of the fish and herbs on top.

7. Cover and place in a preheated 180°C oven for 35-40 minutes.
