How to cook dumplings if you don't have a pot: checking the life hack with a frying pan

Even if you can't cook dumplings in the classic way, using a saucepan, there's no reason to give up your favorite dish. As it turns out, there is a method that makes it easy to cook dumplings using only a frying pan.

Cook Yulia Avramenko shared how to do it on Instagram. Now dumplings can be cooked in almost any conditions and you don't need to make much effort.

To cook dumplings in a frying pan and keep them intact, you will need a piece of gauze folded in 4 layers. Put it on the bottom of the pan. Pour water on top. You can boil it in a kettle beforehand.

Turn on the heat and let the water come to a boil again. Put the dumplings on cheesecloth, cover the pan with a lid, and wait 5 minutes. Remove the lid, take out the dumplings, garnish and serve. Now you won't have to give up your favorite Ukrainian dish anymore, no matter what situation you find yourself in.
