Pasta with meat is a very hearty dish that is perfect for an autumn lunch and dinner. Be sure to add seasonal vegetables to it.
TV presenter Oleksandr Pedan shared his recipe for pasta with meat, which will be a delicious treat, on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- eggplant - 1 pc
- onion - 1 pc
- minced meat - 500 g
- tomato paste - 1-2 tbsp
- tomatoes - 1 pc
- salt, pepper - to taste
Method of preparation:
- Peel the eggplant, chop it, add salt, and leave for 20 minutes.
- Chop 1 large onion, fry over medium heat, add the minced meat and stew well.
- Boil the water in a pan and cook any pasta (better conchiglie rigate) until tender.
- Grate 1 tomato and add to the minced meat together with tomato paste and eggplant. Stew everything for 5-10 minutes.
- Mix the pasta and minced meat, heat the dish for a couple more minutes and serve.
