Ingredients:
- rice – 200 g
- boiling water – 400 ml
- butter and vegetable oil
- salt to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Rinse the rice with warm water and leave to soak for 10-15 minutes.
2. Heat a frying pan, add butter and vegetable oil.
3. Drain all the water from the rice, put it in the pan, and fry for 5 minutes.
4. Pour boiling water, cover, and cook over medium heat for 20-25 minutes.
5. Turn off the stove and leave for another 10 minutes.
6. Open the lid and stir.

- eggs – 7-10 pcs
- corn – 1 can
- crab sticks – 300-400 g
- cucumber – 2-3 pieces
- onion
- salt
- pepper
- mayonnaise.
Method of preparation:
1. Boil the eggs, and chop.
2. Also chop crab sticks, cucumber, onion.
3. Add the corn, rice, mayonnaise, salt, pepper, and mix everything.
