How to cook carp cutlets without odor: a recipe from Volodymyr Yaroslavskyi
Fish cakes are a tasty and light dish, but they are for amateurs, especially children. However, even river fish can be cooked deliciously, you just need to clean it well, soak it in a solution of water and lemon, and do not spare spices and seasonings when cooking.
Culinary expert Volodymyr Yaroslavskyi shared a recipe for delicious carp cutlets on Instagram, which will be free of unpleasant odors.
Ingredients:
- carp fillet - 650 g
- onion - 150 g
- white bread - 90 g
- milk - 30 g
- egg - 1 pc.
- salt, pepper - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Disassemble the whole carp into clean fillets without skin.
2. Dice the onion and fry until golden brown.
3. Soak the bread in milk.
4. Pass the fillet through a meat grinder once, add the bread and onion, and pass it through the grinder again.
5. Add the egg, salt, and pepper to the minced meat, mix and beat the minced meat well, and then refrigerate for 2-4 hours.
6. After that, form the cutlets with your hands.
7. Heat a frying pan and fry them on 2 sides, transfer them to a baking sheet, and cook them in the oven, but you can also do it in a frying pan under a lid and on a lower heat.
