How to cook brushwood cookies to make it low-fat and crispy: a favorite childhood taste
Brushwood cookies is a simple dessert that grandmothers often make for their grandchildren. Kids like it so much that it doesn't stay on the table for long. Real brushwood cookies are crispy, sweet, and completely low-fat, although it is cooked in a large amount of oil. There are many interpretations of cooking, but to make the delicacy truly perfect, you should use kefir as the base.

Ingredients:
- kefir - 1.5 cups
- eggs - 1 pc
- sugar - 3 tbsp.
- vegetable oil - 2 tbsp
- salt - 0.5 tsp
- soda - 0.5 tsp
- flour - 2-3 cups
- vanilla sugar - 1 sachet
Method of preparation:
1. Knead soft dough (so that it does not stick to your hands), cover, and leave for 20 minutes.
2. Dust the table with flour, and divide it into 2 parts.
3. Roll out a rectangular layer no thinner than 1 cm, and cut it into small rectangles.
4. Make a hole in the middle with a knife and turn the edges out.
3. Fry on both sides in preheated vegetable oil (there should be enough oil, but not too much, you can add a little if necessary).
4. Sprinkle the finished brushwood with powdered sugar.
