Ingredients:
- Dorado 2 pcs.
- Zucchini 1 pc.
- Young potatoes 200 g (boiled)
- Mushrooms 100 g
- Tomato 2 pcs.
- Butter 50 g
Sauce:
- Ground sweet paprika 1 tsp.
- Chili flakes 1/2 tsp
- Garlic 2 cloves.
- Salt 1 tsp
- Black pepper
- White wine 1 tbsp
- Olive oil 3 tbsp
- Thyme 4 sprigs
Method of preparation:
1. Divide the fish into fillets, remove the bones and make shallow cuts on the skin side.

2. Mix the spices for the dressing and toss the vegetables and fish in it.
Sauce for fish and vegetables
3. Put everything on a baking sheet, top with the fish and cook in the oven for 20 minutes at 180C.
