Ingredients:
- onion - 1 pc.
- 4-5 cherry tomatoes
- 60-70 g. spinach
- 200 ml of cream 10-15%.
- salt, pepper
- 1 tsp. of flour
- 4-5 fish fillets of any kind
Method of preparation:
1. Fry the onion in butter, add tomatoes and spinach, fry for a few minutes over medium heat. Reduce heat and pour warm cream over the vegetables, add flour, salt and pepper.

2. When the cream has thickened, put the fish fillets in the sauce, coat well, cover and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes.
