How to make a gourmet potato dish: the secret of crispy crust
This is the easiest way to prepare a delicious and appetizing potato dish. Crispy crust, spectacular presentation, and extremely simple technology - a combination that describes this culinary masterpiece perfectly. It is perfect for fast food lovers, as well as for a festive dinner or just a snack. There are many interpretations of accordion potatoes, but this particular version requires the least amount of time.

Ingredients:
- potatoes
- sour cream
- greens
- salt, pepper
- olive oil
Method of preparation:
1. Make cuts across the potatoes, but not all the way through.
2. Put them in cold water.
3. Cook over medium heat for 15 minutes.
4. Transfer to a baking sheet or pan.
5. Drizzle with olive oil.
6. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
7. Bake at 220-250 degrees for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
8. Mix sour cream and herbs.
9. Put the potatoes on the sauce.
10. If desired, you can add chopped nuts on top.
