Confectioner and MasterChef judge Liza Hlinska told us how to choose good chocolate in the store.

She wrote on her Facebook page that real dark chocolate is easy to identify: "You just have to look at its composition."

"The first place among the ingredients is always given to the one that is most abundant in the product. In dark chocolate, it should be grated cocoa, then cocoa butter, sugar, and lecithin – that's it!" says Hlinska.

According to her, she recently decided to find real chocolate in a store, but even on packages labeled "super black" or "supernatural" the ingredients listed sugar in the first place. "It shouldn't be like that," the confectioner assures.

"After half an hour of searching, I found only Swiss and one German chocolate with the appropriate composition," she added.
