How to boil eggs so as not to spoil breakfast
Eggs can be prepared in different ways – with a runny yolk or, on the contrary, a dense structure, fried or even baked. Right now, during the vegetable season, eggs are added to a variety of salads in combination with various ingredients. Bloggers have begun to actively popularize the 5-5-5 method of boiling eggs, in which the product needs to be boiled, cooked in a slow cooker for a few minutes, and cooled.

What is this unreliable method?

- 5 minutes boiling
- 5 minutes in the slow cooker
- 5 minutes of cooling
The food blogger notes that it is simply impossible to eat such eggs without mayonnaise because they become very dry.
You can never cook eggs with a delicate and orange yolk in a slow cooker. This way, you can only ruin your breakfast.

Poached eggs without vinegar and foil
Ingredients:
- bread
- cheese
- red fish
- avocado
- eggs
- tomato
- water
- salt
- unrefined sunflower oil
Method of preparation:
1. Pour water into a saucepan. For 3 eggs –1.5 liters of water. The point is that the eggs should not be cramped, and they should be completely covered with water.
3. Boil the water over low heat.
4. Add 2 tsp of salt and 2 tbsp of sunflower oil.
5. Pour the eggs into the water one by one.
7. Cook for 2.5-3 minutes.
8. Remove with a slotted spoon.
