One of the easiest and fastest dishes you can always eat is dumplings. They are prepared very quickly with delicious dough and filling, but it is important to cook them properly so that they do not stick together.

Culinary expert Yevhen Klopotenko shared useful tips on how to cook dumplings properly so that they do not stick together on his website.

How to cook dumplings correctly

1. To prevent the dumplings from sticking together, pour water into a saucepan, wait until it boils, then add salt and throw the dumplings in.

2. You can also add a little allspice and bay leaf to the water.

3. It is very important to stir the dumplings with a wooden spoon or spatula until they float.

An iron spoon can tear the dough.

4. As soon as the dumplings have floated up, wait for about 5 minutes.

5. If you are cooking frozen dumplings, it will be 7-8 minutes after floating.

You can take out one dumpling, cut it in half and look at the cut: it should be lighter in color than the rest of the dough.

It is worth noting that dumplings can also be steamed, fried in butter, and baked with cheese or sauce, such as mushroom one.

They can also be served with butter, vinegar, sour cream, tomato and mushroom sauce, and homemade mayonnaise.
