Lviv cheesecake with chocolate glaze

Ingredients:

• cottage cheese - 500 g
• eggs - 3 pcs.
• sugar - 150 g
• raisins - 100 g
• vanilla sugar - 1 packet
• starch - 1 tbsp.
• lemon - 1 pc.

Glaze:

• butter - 2 tbsp.
• powdered sugar - 2 tbsp.
• cocoa - 2 tbsp.
• sour cream - 3 tbsp.

Method of preparation:

1. First thing - pour boiling water over the raisins and so leave for 5 minutes to swell. After - dry.
2. Rub cottage cheese with sugar, add eggs, vanilla sugar, starch, mix thoroughly.
3. Grate the lemon zest, add it to the curd mixture along with the raisins.
4. Place the ready dough in a mold covered with parchment, send it for 45 minutes at 190 C.
5. <b>Glaze: </b>melt butter, add sugar and send to a water bath, stir until sugar is dissolved.
6. Add sour cream, cocoa and bring to a boil, cook for 4-5 minutes.
7. Take the cheesecake out of the oven, let cool completely and only then smear with glaze.
8. Send it to the refrigerator for 5-7 hours to soak it all up well.

Serve the cheesecake best with tea, cocoa or coffee.
