Lviv cheesecake with chocolate glaze
Ingredients:
- cottage cheese - 500 g
- eggs - 3 pcs.
- sugar - 150 g
- raisins - 100 g
- vanilla sugar - 1 packet
- starch - 1 tbsp.
- lemon - 1 pc.
Glaze:
- butter - 2 tbsp.
- powdered sugar - 2 tbsp.
- cocoa - 2 tbsp.
- sour cream - 3 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
- First thing - pour boiling water over the raisins and so leave for 5 minutes to swell. After - dry.
- Rub cottage cheese with sugar, add eggs, vanilla sugar, starch, mix thoroughly.
- Grate the lemon zest, add it to the curd mixture along with the raisins.
- Place the ready dough in a mold covered with parchment, send it for 45 minutes at 190 C.
- <b>Glaze: </b>melt butter, add sugar and send to a water bath, stir until sugar is dissolved.
- Add sour cream, cocoa and bring to a boil, cook for 4-5 minutes.
- Take the cheesecake out of the oven, let cool completely and only then smear with glaze.
- Send it to the refrigerator for 5-7 hours to soak it all up well.
Serve the cheesecake best with tea, cocoa or coffee.
