How to bake potatoes deliciously: sharing an original recipe
Potatoes are one of the most budget-friendly and easy-to-cook vegetables that can be baked, fried, boiled, stewed, and mashed. It is worth noting that, according to experts, potatoes are healthiest when baked.
The cook shared a recipe for delicious baked potatoes with spices, oil, and cheese on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- potatoes in their skins
- spices: paprika, pepper, salt – 1 tsp.
- oil – 2 tbsp.
- parmesan cheese
- rosemary – 2-3 sprigs
Method of preparation:
1. In a bowl, combine 2 tbsp of oil and 1 tsp of seasoning.
2. Put the potatoes in a bag and pour over the spiced oil, mix and leave for 10 minutes.
3. Then put them in a baking dish, add the rosemary, and bake at 180 C for 30 minutes, then at 200 C for another 10 minutes.
Sprinkle grated parmesan over the cooked potatoes!
