How to bake potatoes deliciously in 5 minutes: a hearty dish without an oven
Baked potatoes are always a good choice for a budget-friendly, hearty, and tasty lunch or dinner. And you don't need to use an oven to bake them deliciously – even a microwave will do. Don't forget about your favorite spices.

Ingredients:
- potatoes
- salt
- ground pepper
- paprika
- oil

Method of preparation:
1. Peel the potatoes. Cut each potato into vertical 2-3 pieces. In each of them, make cuts along the entire length, not reaching the end (to make it easier, you can use sushi sticks and put them on both sides of the potato while cutting).
2. Mix salt, pepper, oil, and paprika until smooth.
3. Dip the potatoes into the spice mixture. Put them on a plate.

4. Bake in the microwave for about 5-7 minutes. It all depends on the width of the sliced potatoes.
