Hot sandwiches in the oven in 15 minutes: pizza-like toppings
Hot sandwiches always come in handy when you need something quick to make for breakfast or a snack. It's great that you don't have to fuss with them because you can use whatever you have in the fridge as a filling: cheese, sausage, eggs, herbs, vegetables, and various sauces. With this set, hot sandwiches will be as good as pizza.

Ingredients:
- mushrooms champignons
- sausage
- hard cheese
- boiled eggs
- onion
- greens
- parmesan cheese
- mayonnaise
- salt, pepper

Method of preparation:
1. Let's start by preparing the ingredients. Cheese, sausage, boiled eggs, and Parmesan can be grated. Mushrooms, onions, and herbs can be chopped. Also, cut the bread.
2. Mix all the prepared ingredients, except for the parmesan, together and season with mayonnaise. Stir well.

3. Spread the prepared filling on the bread slices. Place the sandwiches on a baking sheet.
4. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 15 minutes.
