If you are tired of classic hot sandwiches and toast, there is an alternative – stuffed sandwiches. One of the options is an egg filling that doesn't require the use of unhealthy sausage, mayonnaise, and cheese. This is a very original and satisfying breakfast recipe.

Ingredients:
- bread – 2 pcs
- eggs – 2 pcs
- sour cream – 2 tbsp
- spices, salt
- spinach
How to make delicious toast

Method of preparation:
1. Toast the bread in a toaster or dry it in a frying pan.
2. Boil the eggs. When ready, separate the yolks from the whites.
3. Mix the yolks with sour cream until smooth, add salt and pepper.

4. Cut the whites into cubes, then add to the yolks. Mix well.
5. Spread one toast with the egg filling. Put the spinach on top.
