Classic honey cake
Ingredients:
- Eggs - 2 pcs.
- Sugar - 200 g
- Butter - 100 g
- Honey - 2-3 tbsp.
- Flour - 450 g
- Soda - on the tip of a spoon
- Sour cream (for cream) - 0.5 kg
- Sugar (for cream) -100 g
- Vanillin (for cream) - 5 g
Method of preparation:
- Beat eggs with sugar into a stiff foam. Send to a water bath.
- Gradually add honey and softened butter with baking soda. Stir the mass for 10 minutes.
- Add half the flour and stir again. When the mass begins to darken and grow in volume, remove it from the water bath and let it cool.
- Add rest of the flour, knead the dough, and form it into small balls. Put them in the refrigerator for about half an hour.
- Roll out thin cakes. Bake each at 200 degrees for 3-4 minutes.
- For the cream, whip sour cream, sugar, and vanilla. Spread over the cakes. Garnish with breadcrumbs or crumbs from the cakes. Let it soak.
Honey cake in a hurry
Ingredients:
- Eggs - 2 pcs.
- Sugar - 3 tbsp.
- Honey - 3 tbsp.
- Soda - 1 tsp
- Flour - 2 tbsp
- Fat sour cream (for cream) - 600 g
- Sugar (for cream) - 0.5 tbsp
Method of preparation:
- To prepare the dough, you need to mix all the recipe ingredients with a mixer.
- Pour the liquid dough into a mold and bake at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.
- Divide the finished cake into three equal parts.
- For the cream, beat sour cream and sugar. Spread over the cakes and decorate. Let it soak for several hours.
Honey cake with condensed milk
Ingredients:
- Eggs - 2 pcs.
- Sugar - 1 tbsp
- Honey - 2-3 tbsp.
- Flour - 1.5 tbsp
- Soda - 0.5 tsp
- Vinegar
- Butter (for cream) - 250 g
- Condensed milk (for cream) - 1 can
- Cocoa (for cream) - 50 g
- Walnuts (for cream) - 50 g
Method of preparation:
- Beat eggs with sugar. Add the honey, sift the flour, and continue whisking again.
- Quench the baking soda with vinegar, and then pour the mixture into the dough and mix.
- Bake 4-5 round cakes from the dough in an oven at 200 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
- To make the cream: beat the soft butter with cocoa and milk until smooth.
- Assemble the cake by putting the cream on the cakes and covering the sides with it.
