The recipe for walnut-shaped cookies (horishky) with condensed milk is quite simple because the base is ordinary shortcrust pastry, which is often used in baking. Together with the filling - condensed milk - you get a very tender and soft dessert for tea.

Ingredients:
- sugar - 100 g
- eggs - 2 pcs
- salt - a pinch
- vanilla sugar - 2 p
- vegetable oil - 1 tbsp
- melted butter - 200 g
- flour - 3 tbsp
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- condensed milk - 1 can
Method of preparation:
1. Pour the melted butter into a deep bowl and add the eggs. Beat until smooth.
2. Add sugar, salt and vanilla sugar. Stir to combine.
3. Add baking powder and vegetable oil. Mix well.
4. Gradually add flour and knead a thick dough. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
5. Form the dough into small balls. Put them in a special mold and fry on each side for 1 minute.
6. Fill each half of the walnut with condensed milk. Close the two pieces.
