Homemade solyanka with 4 types of meat: how to cook a tasty and quick dish for lunch
Solyanka is a very satisfying, rich and tasty dish based on several types of meat, olives, lemon, carrots, onions and spices. It is best served hot, with sour cream and herbs.

Ingredients:
- boiling water - 1.5 liters
- hunting sausages - 200 g
- smoked chicken fillet - 200 g
- balyk - 200 g
- boiled veal - 200 g
- vegetable oil - 2 tbsp
- onion - 1 pc.
- tomato paste - 2 tbsp
- pickles - 30-4 pcs.
- salt, pepper, paprika - to taste
For serving:
- olives
- lemon
- sour cream
- herbs
Method of preparation:
1. Pour oil into a saucepan and fry the diced onion until golden brown. Add the tomato paste and cook for 2-3 minutes.
2. Dice the pickles, add to the pan and simmer for a few minutes.
3. Dice all the meat products, put them in a saucepan and simmer for another 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly.
4. Pour boiling water over the meat and cook over low heat for about 10 minutes. At the end, add salt, pepper, paprika, stir, remove from heat, cover and leave to stand for 10 minutes.
Serve with sour cream, olives, lemon, and herbs.
