Pies are a very quick and easy to prepare dish. Especially delicious it is made by different fillings - from salty to sweet, any fruit, vegetable, meat - can be a great addition to the dough.
Chef, TV presenter, judge of the project "MasterChef Ukraine" Hector Jimenez-Bravo on his Instagram page shared a recipe for a delicious, homemade pie with sausages and beans.
Ingredients:
- Sausages - 300 g
- Hard cheese - 200 g
- Beans - 400 g
- Sour cream 300 g
- Flour - 200 g
- Eggs - 3 pcs.
- Soda - 0.5 tsp.
- Herbs - 1 bundle
- Vegetable or olive oil - 1 tbsp.
- Butter - 5 g
- Salt, pepper to taste
Method of preparation:
- Sausages and cheese chopped, be sure to sift the flour well through a sieve.
- Beat the eggs, add salt and sour cream, mix well and pour this mixture into the flour, add at the end of the leavening agent and a spoonful of butter.
- Finely chop the herbs, add them to the dough. In the same place send sausages, cheese and beans, mix everything well.
- Grease the mold with butter, put the dough and send it to bake at 170-180 ° C for about 20-25 minutes.
Before serving, you can sprinkle the pie with herbs.
