Pies are a very quick and easy to prepare dish. Especially delicious it is made by different fillings - from salty to sweet, any fruit, vegetable, meat - can be a great addition to the dough.

Chef, TV presenter, judge of the project "MasterChef Ukraine" Hector Jimenez-Bravo on his Instagram page shared a recipe for a delicious, homemade pie with sausages and beans.

Ingredients:

  • Sausages - 300 g
  • Hard cheese - 200 g
  • Beans - 400 g
  • Sour cream 300 g
  • Flour - 200 g
  • Eggs - 3 pcs.
  • Soda - 0.5 tsp.
  • Herbs - 1 bundle
  • Vegetable or olive oil - 1 tbsp.
  • Butter - 5 g
  • Salt, pepper to taste

Method of preparation:

  1. Sausages and cheese chopped, be sure to sift the flour well through a sieve.
  2. Beat the eggs, add salt and sour cream, mix well and pour this mixture into the flour, add at the end of the leavening agent and a spoonful of butter.
  3. Finely chop the herbs, add them to the dough. In the same place send sausages, cheese and beans, mix everything well.
  4. Grease the mold with butter, put the dough and send it to bake at 170-180 ° C for about 20-25 minutes.

Before serving, you can sprinkle the pie with herbs.
