Homemade garlic butter with herbs: better than any spread
Garlic butter is a versatile snack for any occasion. It can be used simply for sandwiches or as an addition to a variety of dishes. It is delicious served on a toasted baguette.
The idea of making flavored garlic butter was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Victoria with the nickname viktoria cooking. You only need 5 ingredients.
Ingredients:
- garlic - 25 cloves
- olive/sunflower oil - 50 ml.
- butter - 150 g
- herbs - 10-15 g
- salt - 1 tsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Put the peeled garlic in a baking dish.
2. Drizzle with olive oil.
3. Bake at 200 degrees for 30 minutes.
4. Drain the oil and put the garlic in a blender bowl.
5. Add salt, herbs, butter and beat until smooth.
6. Transfer to the mold.
7. Cover with a lid or film.
8. Store in the refrigerator.
