Homemade chocolate cookies from 5 ingredients
Homemade cookies are much healthier and safer than store-bought ones – it's a fact because they definitely won't contain any "chemicals" or harmful palm oil. You can fully control all the ingredients that will be used for cooking, and, importantly, you can easily replace some of them to your liking.
The FoodOboz editorial team has prepared for you the simplest recipe for homemade cookies with 5 ingredients.
Ingredients:
- milk, dark chocolate – 300 g
- eggs – 1 pc.
- flour – 85 g
- baking powder – 1 tsp.
- nuts, candied fruit, raisins, or M&Ms – 100 g
Method of preparation:
- Melt the chocolate in a water bath or the microwave, but do not heat it.
- Add flour, baking powder, egg, nuts, and chocolate chips and mix well.
- Use your hands to form balls and place them on a baking sheet so that there is a distance between them, otherwise they will stick together.
- Garnish each one with nuts or chocolate chips and put them in a preheated oven for just 10 minutes at 180 °C.
It is important that when you take the cookies out of the oven, they will be moist inside, as they should be. Let the cookies cool completely, and then they will keep their shape.
