  • water - 300 ml

  • pepper - 0.5 tsp.
  • hard cheese, dill

1. Pour beer, boiling water, and salt into a deep bowl.

2. Stir until the salt crystals are completely dissolved.

3. When the salt is completely dissolved, add the flour.

4.. Knead the elastic dough, put it in a bag and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

5. Put randomly chopped peeled onions in a blender bowl, add salt, pepper, water.
