Homemade chebureks that will definitely turn out crispy: make the dough with beer

To make sure that your homemade chebureks are crispy and have a nice golden color, make the dough with beer. The mass will be elastic and soft enough to knead easily. And the filling inside will be very juicy.

The idea of making delicious homemade chebureks with beer dough is published on the Instagram page of food blogger Myroslava Pekariuk (myroslava pekariuk). The effect will pleasantly surprise you.

Ingredients for the dough:

  • flour - 800 g
  • beer - 330 ml.
  • boiling water - 100 ml.
  • salt - 1 tsp.

Ingredients for the filling:

  • minced meat - 800 g
  • onion - 450 g
  • water - 300 ml
  • salt - 1 tsp.
  • pepper - 0.5 tsp.
  • hard cheese, dill

Method of preparation:

1. Pour beer, boiling water, and salt into a deep bowl.

2. Stir until the salt crystals are completely dissolved.

3. When the salt is completely dissolved, add the flour.

4.. Knead the elastic dough, put it in a bag and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

5. Put randomly chopped peeled onions in a blender bowl, add salt, pepper, water.

6. Blend until smooth, then add to the minced meat and mix well.

7. Take the dough out of the refrigerator, break off a piece and roll it out thinly.

8. Cut a large circle out of it (you can do it with a lid), put the minced meat, grated cheese, and dill on one half.

9. Close the cheburek and pinch the edges well.

10. Fry the chebureks in well-heated vegetable oil on both sides until golden brown.
