You can easily make them at home with the apples you have left over. Moreover, these are the best ways to preserve all the necessary useful properties for the winter.

Pumpkin-apple nectar from Maria Shcherbatiuk, whose recipe she shared on her YouTube channel

Ingredients:

  • Peeled pumpkin - 2 kg
  • Peeled apples - 2 kg
  • Water - 3 liters
  • Sugar - 600-700 g
  • Lemon juice from 2 lemons
  • Orange juice from 3-4 oranges

Method of preparation:

  1. Cut the pumpkin and apples into medium-sized pieces.
  2. Put in a saucepan and cover with water. Put on fire and cook for 30 minutes from the moment of boiling.
  3. Stir the mixture.
  4. Add lemon and orange juice and sugar.
  5. Let the nectar boil for a few minutes.
  6. Pour the nectar into sterilized jars and roll up.

Apple cider from Yevhen Klopotenko, the recipe of which he shared on his Youtube channel

Ingredients:

  • Apples - 2 kg
  • Pressed yeast - 3 g
  • Sugar - 2 tbsp.

Method of preparation:

  1. Wash the apples and cut them into random pieces to make it easy to pass through the juicer.
  2. Pour the juice into a jar. If it is too thick, you can add water. In total, you should get 1.5 liters of juice.
  3. Add 2 tbsp. l. of the cake resulting from the squeezing.
  4. Crush the yeast and add to the juice.
  5. Add sugar.
  6. Leave the jar for active fermentation for 1 day in a dark room.
  7. The next day, cover the jar with a glove. Make a hole in any finger of the rubber glove with a needle so that the excess air generated during fermentation can escape. Leave it for 2-3 days until the glove deflates and falls off. Cover the jar and put it in a dark place for 1 month. After a month, you can strain the liquid and taste the cider. Serve well chilled.
