Hearty and tasty autumn salad in 10 minutes: sharing an original recipe
Salad is always an ideal dish for lunch, dinner, and for a festive table. In summer, it's better to eat vegetable salads with lots of greens, but in autumn and winter, it's better to cook heartier ones with meat, fish, vegetables, and pickles.
Cook Viktoriia (vika_tasty) shared on Instagram a recipe for a delicious and satisfying salad of eggs, corn, and tuna that takes only 5-10 minutes to prepare.
Ingredients:
- Tuna in oil – 1 can
- boiled eggs – 3 pcs
- pickles – 3 pcs
- corn – 1/2 can
- onion – 1 pc
- mayonnaise – 2-4 tbsp
- herbs – a bunch
Method of preparation:
1. Boil the eggs, cool, peel and dice.
2. Chop the cucumbers, onions and herbs.
3. Put the ingredients in a bowl, add the corn, tuna, mayonnaise, salt, pepper, and mix.
4. Put the salad in the refrigerator for 30 minutes and you're ready to eat!
