1. French toast with apples

Ingredients:

  • Butter - 50 g
  • Chicken egg - 1-2 pcs.
  • Sugar - 1 tsp.
  • Cream - 50 ml
  • Apple - ½
  • Brioche - 1 pc.
  • Cinnamon - to taste
  • Ground nutmeg - to taste
  • Powdered sugar - to taste

Method of preparation:

  1. Peel the apples, cut into cubes, add cinnamon, nutmeg, sugar and mix well.
  2. Melt the butter in a frying pan, put the apples in, and fry until they are soft and flavorful.
  3. Beat the eggs with the cream, cut the brioche in half, and roll them well, put them in the pan where the apples were fried and fry until golden brown.
  4. Then put the apples on the cooked toast, sprinkle with powdered sugar and cinnamon.

2. Toast with cilantro and eggs

Ingredients:

  • Eggs - 1 pc.
  • Oil - 1 tsp.
  • White bread - 8 pieces
  • Green onions - 1 bunch
  • Salt, ground pepper - 1 tsp.
  • Green onions - 1 tbsp.
  • Chopped cilantro (coriander) - 1 tbsp.

Method of preparation:

  1. Beat the eggs with salt and pepper.
  2. Dip the bread in this mixture and fry on both sides in a frying pan until golden brown.
  3. Chop the cilantro and onion and put it on the bread, fold it over, and cut it into 2 pieces.

You can eat the finished toast with vegetables.

3. Toast with cod liver

Ingredients:

  • Cod liver - 230 g
  • Cucumbers - 3 pcs.
  • Avocado - 1 pc.
  • Eggs - 2 pcs.
  • Green onions - 1 bunch
  • Red caviar - 100 g
  • Basil - a sprig
  • Salt - to taste

Method of preparation:

  1. Mash the cod liver with a fork.
  2. Peel and finely chop the cucumbers.
  3. Boil the eggs, peel and chop them.
  4. Finely chop half the avocado.
  5. Mix all the ingredients, add salt, and chop the onion finely.
  6. Put the mixture on the bread, top with caviar and basil.
