Ingredients:
- radish - 1 bunch
- green onions - 1 bunch
- eggs - 4 pcs
- canned corn - 100 g
- cottage cheese - 100 g
- sour cream/mayonnaise - 3 tbsp
- salt, pepper
Method of preparation:
1. Pre-boil the eggs. Peel and dice them.
2. Cut the radish into rings.
3. Chop the onion.
4. Mix all the ingredients.
5. Dress the salad with mayonnaise or sour cream. Add salt and pepper to taste.
