Healthy oatmeal pancakes with apples for breakfast: YoungChef shared the recipe
If you can't decide what to make for breakfast that is tasty, satisfying, and light at the same time, oatmeal pancakes are the perfect option. And if you add an apple to them, it will be very tasty and healthy.
Popular Ukrainian chef YoungShef shared on Instagram how to make perfect oatmeal pancakes with apples in just 15 minutes.
Ingredients:
- oatmeal (any kind) – 3 tbsp.
- buckwheat/rice/almond flour – 1 tbsp.
- baking powder – 1 tsp.
- apples or pears – 1-2 pcs.
- powdered sugar, sugar – to taste
- egg or flax – 1 pc. or 1 tbsp.
- oil – 1-2 tbsp.
- any milk – 50 g
- yogurt – 100 g
- berries – a handful
- any nuts – 100 g
Method of preparation:
- Grate an apple on a coarse grater.
- Add an egg or 1 tbsp of flaxseed, baking powder, sugar, oat flour, and 1 tbsp of any other flour, and mix well.
- Heat a frying pan, add oil, spoon in the pancakes, and fry well until cooked.
- Put the hot pancakes on a plate, pour over the yogurt, add berries or roasted nuts.
The dish will be very tasty, flavorful, and satisfying.
