Healthy oatmeal cookies that won't make you gain weight – a recipe from a nutritionist
Eating cookies, sweets, candies, and buns and, most importantly, not gaining weight is every woman's dream. But often we all refuse to do so, choosing the categorical option of not eating them at all or replacing them with fruit, marshmallows, or marmalade.
But you don't have to give up your favorite cookies, you just have to cook them in a completely new way. Nutritionist Albina Komisarova shared a recipe on Instagram for healthy and low-calorie oatmeal cookies that take 15 minutes to make.
Ingredients:
- long-cooked oatmeal - 100 g
- ripe bananas - 2 pcs.
- oil - 1 tbsp.
- whole wheat flour - 2 tbsp.
- dried apricots - 5-7 pcs.
- pumpkin seeds - 1 tbsp.
- cinnamon - 1/2 tsp.
- honey - 1 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, shape them into the desired cookie shape, and put them on parchment.
- You can add any dried fruits, berries, nuts, and seeds to your taste.
- If the mass is suddenly dry, you can add water, a little milk, or vegetable milk.
- Place the finished cookies in the oven for 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees.
The expert noted that you can eat 2-3 cookies a day.
