Healthy fruit candies that even kids can eat: you need only 4 ingredients
Chocolate candies can be very tasty and healthy at the same time. To make such a dessert at home, you need a minimum of time and a few simple ingredients. If your child can't give up sweets, this is an ideal alternative to store-bought candies.
The idea of making healthy fruit sweets at home was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Yulia Fedorenko (fedorenko pp). The products freeze perfectly in the refrigerator.
Ingredients
- fruit - 500 g
- sweetener
- chia - 60 g
- chocolate - 100 g
Method of preparation:
1. Cook fruit for about 10 minutes.
2. Beat with a blender.
3. Add chia.
5. Let it swell and cool.
6. Pour into molds.
7. Put in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
8. Melt the chocolate. Dip the candies in it.
9. Put in the freezer to set.
