Such a dessert does not require baking, because all the ingredients freeze perfectly in the refrigerator.

Ingredients:

  • white yogurt - 500 g
  • banana - 1 pc (120 g)
  • peach or nectarine - 1 pc (160 g)
  • gelatin - 12 g + 60 g of water
  • sweetener or sugar - 40 g

Method of preparation:

1. Pour gelatin with water, stir and leave to swell

2. Add a sugar substitute to the yogurt (you can use stevia). Or sugar - then the dessert will be more caloric.

3. Melt the gelatin in the microwave.

4. Add the yogurt and stir.

5. Put the fruit cut into small cubes and knead.

6. Pour into bowls.
