If you've been wanting to make delicious cookies without a gram of sugar, flour, or baking powder, now is the time to do it. Most importantly, you won't gain weight from them.

Nutrition expert Lana Fore has shared a recipe for a healthy and tasty treat on her website – chocolate chip cookies with oatmeal.

Ingredients:

  • dark chocolate - 100 g
  • oatmeal - 100 g
  • milk - 130 ml
  • orange - 1 pc.
  • cranberries - a handful

Method of preparation:

How to make delicious chocolate chip cookies
  1. Pour the milk into a saucepan, add the chocolate, and cook until the chocolate is completely melted. Be sure to stir to make the mixture smooth, but do not bring it to a boil.
  2. Remove the finished chocolate milk mixture from the heat and stir in the oatmeal.
  3. Grate the zest of an orange and add it to the mixture, mixing everything thoroughly.
  4. Next, take a parchment, cover any convenient dish, spoon out the cookies, add the cranberries, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

The cookies will be a wonderful, and most importantly, a healthy addition to tea and coffee.
