If you've been wanting to make delicious cookies without a gram of sugar, flour, or baking powder, now is the time to do it. Most importantly, you won't gain weight from them.
Nutrition expert Lana Fore has shared a recipe for a healthy and tasty treat on her website – chocolate chip cookies with oatmeal.
Ingredients:
- dark chocolate - 100 g
- oatmeal - 100 g
- milk - 130 ml
- orange - 1 pc.
- cranberries - a handful
Method of preparation:
- Pour the milk into a saucepan, add the chocolate, and cook until the chocolate is completely melted. Be sure to stir to make the mixture smooth, but do not bring it to a boil.
- Remove the finished chocolate milk mixture from the heat and stir in the oatmeal.
- Grate the zest of an orange and add it to the mixture, mixing everything thoroughly.
- Next, take a parchment, cover any convenient dish, spoon out the cookies, add the cranberries, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
The cookies will be a wonderful, and most importantly, a healthy addition to tea and coffee.
