The idea of preparing a healthy three-ingredient chia pudding was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Vitalina with the nickname vita.cooking. It is delicious if combined with honey, granola, and fruit.

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • chia seeds - 4 tablespoons
  • milk - 400 ml (coconut, almond, cow)
  • honey - 3 teaspoons

How to prepare:

1. Add milk to the chia seeds. The proportion is 1 spoon of chia per 100 ml of milk.

2. Add honey.

3. Mix well.

4. Cover with cling film.

5. Put in the refrigerator overnight.

6. You can eat the pudding in the morning.

7. Add your favorite fruit to it. It can be banana or strawberries. It is also delicious with granola.
